An attempt to feel the unfelt...
Introduction
The parents of a girl child “Ananya” suffering from Cerebral Palasy (Neuro Motor Disorder) conceptualized “Ehsaas” when they realized that Gwalior lacked in facilities for children with special needs. They had to strive hard looking for her therapies, training programme, alternative medicines and proper environment needed for her development. It was their desire to utilize their experiences in search of an environment for holistic development for such children that inspired them to initiate this society.
Read more...“Ehsaas” was formally registered on 10th July 2003. The center for imparting education and training commenced its work with 3 children & 4 faculties. Besides this, OPD services were also provided by the center on selected days. With the spread of awareness amongst the parents and affected persons, more & more moral and physical support poured in. Thus the concept began to take a concrete shape.
Thus Ehsaas has not only filled the void in this domain but has also achieved significant growth and laid foundation for accomplishing the objectives of society in the forthcoming years.

Seventeen years of self-effort
It is a moment of extreme satisfaction that Ehsaas has been able to provide a wide range of therapies and innovative education to disabled children. For initial Fourteen years individual contributions and courage shown by parents have sustained these efforts. But thereafter, the Government of India has appreciated the efforts by our team and has extended their partial financial support through DDRS scheme.
